?How the Long Term section works
This section is a value lens for options sellers — it ranks the optionable universe by business quality so you can pick sound underlyings for wheels, cash-secured puts, and LEAPS. It is not a buy-and-hold screener; it answers “is this a company I'm comfortable being assigned / holding while I sell premium?”
Quality Score (0–100)
A transparent blend of four things from each company's fundamentals: profitability (net/operating margin, ROE), growth (revenue & EPS YoY), valuation (rewards a reasonable P/E, penalizes both nosebleed and distressed value-trap lows), and payout safety (dividend coverage). Read it as: 80+ high quality, 65–79 solid, 50–64 mixed, <50 weak.
How to use it
- Tap a Starter Basket (e.g. Dividend Safety, Cheap Quality) or set the score/sector filters to narrow the list.
- Open a name to see its detail page — the metrics plus a Long-Term Suitability checklist giving a quick pass/warn/fail verdict.
- Add to watchlist in one click, then go sell premium / build a LEAPS position from the options view.
Dividend Calendar
Upcoming ex-dividend dates across the same universe. If you're short in-the-money covered calls, the day before ex-dividend carries elevated early-assignment risk — use the calendar to spot those dates on your positions.
Data refreshes automatically every evening (weekdays). Coverage tracks the platform's optionable ticker universe.
