A 7-signal confluence dashboard that tells you the current market regime at a glance — are conditions trending, ranging, or risk-off?
The confluence signals
Seven independent signals track late-cycle market deterioration, each scored separately so one data outage never breaks the page:
- Risk appetite (SPHB/SPLV), credit (HYG/JNK + junk spreads), vol regime (VIX vs SPX divergence).
- Leadership (semiconductor breakout failures), distribution (momentum names sold on earnings), breadth (equal-weight RSP vs cap-weight SPY).
Each signal reads ALERT, WATCH, CLEAR, or UNAVAILABLE, with the raw data points shown so you can verify them yourself.
Composite regime score
Each firing signal adds weight (ALERT = 1, WATCH = 0.5); unavailable signals drop out of the denominator so a flaky data day does not skew it. Bands: LOW, ELEVATED, HIGH.
One signal firing is noise. Three or more firing together has historically preceded broad-market stress — that is the time to tighten risk.
Sector rotation playbook
A second panel shows the current sector-oscillator phase plus a rotation playbook. It is supplementary context for which sectors to favor in the current regime — not a standalone timing tool.
