Repeat flow
The same strike hit again and again — the single strongest signal that the flow is real.
What it is
The same strike hit again and again (the ⚡ badge) is accumulation — the single strongest "this is real" signal on the tape. Repeat-flow conviction means someone keeps coming back to the same contract on purpose.
Why it matters
A one-off flow could be a hedge. The same $X strike hit three times in a day, or ten times over a week, means an institution is systematically building a position at that level. That is not an accident.
How to spot it
Ticker Search is the primary tool: filter to a specific date range and look for the same strike and expiry appearing repeatedly. The ⚡ repeat badge in the Unusual Activity feed flags intraday repeats automatically (EXTREME = 3+ hits, HIGH = 2). Stacked premium — the total accumulated across all repeat hits — is the conviction metric.
